Thirty; Sense of Urgency
Hello, I’m back. In practically three months fit. Hah. It’s been quite a while since my last post about the ongoing drama, Totsuzen Desu Ga, and it’s suffice to say that I’m practically quitting that drama by the time I’m about to enter the fourth episode, and decided to skip far ahead to the final number nine, just because it had failed to move me kokoro in order to continue watching it. I mean, the third episode had lead us to the good conclusion of Asuka and Nanami becoming an item, but then, the next mumbo jumbo shittiness that’s waiting for us on the next episode is another rinse and repeat crap of the sympathy towards the ex thingy case, which has managed to make me ugh, and ah, and quit. And turns out I wasn’t regretting my decision cuz hella, by the time me watching the final episode out of curiosity, I feel like I’m not missing anything and the ending is so dull, and all the casts are basically there out of the love for their paychecks. So yeah. Disappointed, but not surprised.
Moving on. And so, as I stumble to this newer drama, Tokyo Tarareba Musume, I decided to give it a try cos it’s all about girls and their love stories, set in a romcom manner with a shiny line of casts. And though I found myself not quite warm up to the series as I want it to be, I still managed to finish it, cos this drama has quite a lot likeable factor, though it came up quite in balance with the dull one. Heh. I’m not gonna make this post long ass and boring just to talk about one farking drama, but Imma try my best to convey everything completely, despite being a rusty hiatus blog writer. Lulz.

Before I yap, allow me to fashionably say, happy super farking duper belated new year, everybody! Time does fly when you’re doing neigh. Haha. Anyhoo, back to this post’s original intention. As far as you guys know since my last update on December last year, I’ve been dwelling my ass out on Tohoshinki and old dramas slash crime-genre series watching, and I gotta say that I’m pretty much stay the same until by the time I’m typing this post. Lulz. Buuuutt, I finally come back to my senses of the modern era dorama a bit, with this new, currently airing, 突然ですが、明日結婚します (Totsuzen Desu ga, Ashita Kekkon Shimasu). Well, actually, I’m not really that eager to watch this, as it more due to the reason of my own realization of how I’ve been wayyy far outta touch from chick flick and romance genre dorama, and I’m just trying to revive those feels again after all this time, in order to you know, feel that doki doki again. Hah.And honest to the maxes, I’m not really fond at the line up casts in this drama either, since Nishiuchi Mariya is so damn tall compare to the main lead dude, Yamamura Ryuta, who is too skinny and emaciated; But heyyyy, beauty comes in all shapes and sizes, amen sisters? Lol. So if we can put that shallow factors aside and focus on what matters, I must say that I like Nishiuchi Mariya, cos she’s the familiar face that I’ve known way before, when I was a (quite) avid Seventeen magazine’s reader. And turns out, she and Yamamura make quite a cute couple which surprisingly don’t awkward with each other. So yeah, I’m willing to give this drama a try for the sake of that. And even though it took me one week to finish watching the pilot episode only, the second episode progressed quite fast in pace and nicely done, since turns out this drama is not as cheesy and cliche as I thought it would be with all the meandering ‘he loves me, he loves me not ‘ plot, cos the whole point about Ashita Kekkon is not about how they will ENDED UP together in the end, but it’s more on how they will work their ways in order to STAY together till the end, so this drama gives a lil fresh breeze of a story-line in a more mature way without being shittily predictable. Which is good.

One and a half monthzzzz later, I’m back on the loop for a lil update. Teehee. I don’t have much things to talk about, actually, since I’m in this some sort of a shitty mood to watch anyhoo and anything in between; but yet, lately I’ve read a lot of buzz about web dramas and stuffs on the blogosphere, and how good they were yadayadayada. Well, I guess it’s a solid proof of how in this kind of time, watching and churning your emotions away aren’t limited to the TV screen only, hence lots of them sprouting and spawning through various major internet host sites with a known actors and idols as the main casts. But that is not the main reason why I give a try for web drama, since I always watch my shits in computer screen anyway, so there is not much of a difference it makes lulz… but there’s a lil part of me that curious about whether or not it was as good in terms of quality and production, as the TV one. Also, since I got a plenty time in my hands this week, and I just need a little melancholy ‘wetness’ to my dry grubby thriller crime drama watcher’s kokoro, so… yeah. And out of my randomness and fangirlingness, I decided to give two dramas a simultaneous try, which are はぴまり (Happy Marriage) and 당신을 주문합니다 (I Order You). Since I already invested my soul and energy in watching these, I gotta say a lil thought about it. But Imma make this shorty and quickie not bcos I’m not in the mood to make a long post, but my era of lengthy writing has come to an end, I guess… harrrharrharrr…

Wiggity wigggg… my mind’s been occupied with anxiety lately; Starting from my job hunting period to the real deal of moving into a new one. Gahhhhhhh *hair pulling* as you may have known, I have this some sort of overthinking anxious shitty trait inside my brain which sometimes killin’ me with its various creative ways of creating worst case scenarios. So, in order to kick that old bad habit of mine; rather than by eat my feelings away and piling up those pounds on my already whale-sized body (lulz…), I prefer a healthier, cyber-ish choice, which is to… collage it. As that is why I make this montage video of Boku to Star no 99 Nichi. So yeah, in short you can say that I sorta made this one out of a whim, as a pure distraction from my nerve and worrygutsiness, Beside, I’m still in the Ossan’s fad anyway, so no harm’s done with a little cheesy fluff in the midst of my topsy turvy routinity. lulz… And since this drama is all about rom-com chick flick with leaning majorly on the funny side, I decided to make this video with a lil change of POV by showing the serious melancholic side of our OTP. Aioooo… so doki doki, neeee??! Hahaha… Anyway, enjoy!
Peanote: Oyea, almost forgot. I add an English sub of the lyrics translation, cos like I’ve said before, this song is so fit, or should I say in Mean Girls style, “so fetch!” with the drama’s theme and story.
Pea-Peanote: I’ve just noticed that both Nishijima and Kim Tae-hee share the same birthday! Aigooooo! that is soooo ferking cute. And awkward. Lulz…
Anyway (again)… dozo~! ⇓ ❤ ⇓
Christmas is coming (yay!) and everyone is basically in the jingle-ty mood; including me, as I’m doing my work with bunch of Christmas songs on my playlist these days (fyi, I currently love Matt Belsante‘s version of Sleigh Ride <3) Having said that, I come in quickie here to bring you some-some of a Newsflash: as in couple of News, then I’ll be gone in a Flash. Lulz… And it’s courtesy of one sole subject, who is Nishijima Hidetoshi (woohoo, ossan!) Well actually, I don’t want to write this (sorta) trivial sheez as a post; But heck, wuteva. My blog; my lame posts; my rulezzz! Woop woop!!! click for more, hunzzz!
Gotham City Chain Smoker
Hello peeps, momma’s back again! And YES; now I can absolutely, literally, definitely saying that I had watched MOZU, as in the complete series. Yowza! Anyhoo, MOZU kicks off the second season by holding up to its consistent values of maintaining the awesome production and line of casts, which is an A-O-Great. But sometimes, those great packages cannot always wrapped up the ho-hum content that this drama serves, which is… (gasp!) the shambolic story line! O, em, geeee… Well, honestly I feel like a half tormented soul in watching Maboroshi no Tsubasa, cos it’s just so damn mind boggling, chaotic, and all over the place. But yet at the same time, it feels so effing wrong if I passed this up; not after putting all the effort to finish the first season. So as a result, I was dragging myself like two feet stuck in a deep puddle of mud for five episodes here. Gosh, I think I deserved a reward or something after this. Hahaharrr… *sarcastic laughter*(Spoilert: Unzipped and spilled. Same old, same old…) Click for moarrr rant!!!
Baggage Dark Past Bloody Angst
Finally, people. I had reached to a point where I can literally saying that I had watched MOZU. Well in fact, who in the dorama viewers world haven’t? Since this drama was the most raved and buzz generating in 2014. As for me, I have so many reasons to watched MOZU, which most of you–who had read my previous posts—prolly already know what. Haha. But one of the main reasons, is that I love Double Face. That drama may be only two parts TV movie special, but it hits all the right note in terms of being such an awesome watch. And it’s obvious from the get go that MOZU is a prolonged platform to rehash the same success that TBS X WOWOW had earned from Double Face. The similar casts, production team, composer, cinematography style, everything screams Double Face!!! into well, our face. Lol. But the real question is; did MOZU able to revive the past glory that had elevated both Nishijima Hidetoshi and Kagawa Teruyuki into a whole new level of popularity?(Spoilert: Everything, like usual…) click for moarrr!!!
